When already working in a canvas, check the ‘Process Help’ (on the right in the menu bar). There you will find a step-by-step guide to complete your canvas.

After successful login to the DTFC you will find yourself on the Overview screen Canvases.
ADD NEW CANVAS creates a new canvas by entering the name of your partner company (i.e. customer, supplier, etc.), type of relationship, country, currency to be used, period of planing horizon. It opens an empty canvas, ready to work through the Triple Fit process as described in Process Help on the upper right of your screen.
The information entered in the following steps is automatically saved in the database:
Step 1: Click on the blue notes (own rating) in the nine building blocks and select the appropriate rating. Repeat for the red notes (competitor rating).
Step 2 through 4: Drag and Drop the appropriate colored Notes from the stack on the lower left to the relevant position in the building blocks, double-click to enter your thought and/or click on the edit pen to open Note for further information (Description, Attachment).
To summarize/pitch your message in Step 5, click on Story on the menu bar to enter your Central Message, add + the key asks, and enter your consequences.
Complete the canvas by clicking on Info and add/edit additional information. This can be done anytime throughout the process.
By selecting the red Triple Fit logo in the upper left you return to the overview screen where you will find the established canvases for further rework.
DTFC is a browser based application accessible on most modern devices. It can be used on PCs and laptops, tablets and touchscreen devices.
A stylus or digital pen may be used for a better experience on touchscreen devices.
It is most beneficial to work on large monitors as it allows for a better overall view on your canvases, thus enhancing the quality of your findings and the consequences.

Therefore make sure you have installed the latest version of your browser. Regular updates to your browser furthermore fix security problems when they are detected, and make your computer safer.
DTFC works best on Chrome and Firefox. Other browsers might have minor differences in the use and performance of DTFC. Or, in some rare cases, some features might not be available in certain browsers due to their security or technical specifications.
The issue could be fixed by simply trying a different browser.
DTFC is optimized for the latest version of Google Chrome. Check to make sure your browser is up-to-date.

The Digital Triple Fit Canvas is a subscription-based single-user application. As a software-as-a-service (SaaS) it is charged per user and per year.
Your subscription will start the day you purchase the subscription and is good for one full year. It is renewed automatically, charged to your credit card. The expiration date of your current subscription can be found in your user profile, together with your credit card on file.
Should you decide not to continue using the Digital Triple Fit Canvas you need to cancel your subscription:
In your user profile you find the button ‘Cancel My Subscription’ to submit your cancellation email.
You can continue to use DTFC until the end of your subscription.
Should you decide to cancel your subscription, your data will be stored for another 12 months before being deleted, allowing to recuperate it in case you subscribe again.

In your user profile you can edit most of your personal information, including billing information.
As the email address is at the same time your username, it cannot be changed in the profile. Contact our Support to find a solution if needed.
