After
a successful login to the Triple Fit 360 Toolset (TF360) you will find yourself on the Overview screen Canvases.
ADD NEW CANVAS
creates a new canvas by entering the name of your partner company (i.e.
customer, supplier, etc.), type of relationship, country, currency to be
used, period of planning horizon. It opens an empty canvas, ready to work
through the Triple Fit process as described in Process
Help on the upper right of your screen.
The information entered in the following steps is automatically saved in
the database: Step 1: Click on the
blue notes in the nine building blocks and select the appropriate rating as
you consider the situation. Repeat for the red notes (external rating as
considered by your customer contacts). For the latter it is best practice to use the
Relationship Quick Check (Questionnaire to be found in the Resources).
Step 2 through 4:
Drag and Drop the appropriate colored Notes from the stack on the lower left
to the relevant position in the building blocks, double-click to enter your
thought and/or click on the edit pen to open Note for further information
(Description, Attachment).
Orange: Why?
Yellow: What?
Green: How
To summarize/pitch your message in Step 5, click on Story on the menu bar to enter your Central Message, add + the key
asks, and enter your consequences.
Complete the canvas by clicking on Info and add/edit additional information. This can be done anytime
throughout the process.
By selecting the red Triple Fit logo in the upper left you return to the
overview screen where you will find the established canvases for further
rework. |
