Typically, our clients choose the in-house workshop format to better achieve strategic objectives or kick-start a transformational initiative. Before we accept a mandate, we will conduct a thorough assessment of your business objectives and then propose a range of realistic options corresponding to your budget. Depending on the geographical scope and timeline of the engagement, we will either facilitate in-house workshops with our own trainer team or agree with you on combined train-the-trainer and coaching approach. Winning and Keeping Global Customers (GAMPRO) is a three-day program that teaches you the strategies and tactics on how to manage global customer-supplier relationships in the best way. Thanks to the flexible 2+1 format, you can book the full-day Triple Fit workshop either separately or in combination with the two previous days, focusing on global sales practices.

Accelerating Growth (GCP) is a three-week program that provides the opportunity to explore next-generation value creation practices in a cross-industry setting. Thanks to the real-life value creation projects guided by the Triple Fit approach, GCP fully pays for itself with a minimum payback of CHF 1 million realized until 12 months after program completion. GCP Graduates will also earn a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) from St.Gallen University and 15 ECTS points.

During this three-day program, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of customer-supplier challenges from internal and external perspectives. In addition, you will also learn and apply tools and techniques to successfully steer strategic business relationships. Based on the built-in Triple Fit workshop session, you will also develop your personal action plan to develop a business relationship to the next level.
